I sat down with the Temple Daily Telegram to discuss upcoming events in my career.
Check out the article here:
I will be moving to Nashville at the beginning of April!!
We have been discussing the idea for a few months now, and it finally makes sense for me to make this transition.
I would like everyone to know that I will continue to come back to Texas every 4-6 weeks to perform as much as I can. I will keep you guys updated as I enter this new chapter in my life.
Thank you so much for your support over the last four years and thank you for joining me on this crazy journey.
I sat down with Crystal Dominguez from Fox 44 KWKT and talked about being a local Central Texas musician. Check out the article below:
Today, four years ago, was my first gig ever. First time I was on a big stage, with my guitar in hand, singing songs that I wrote. It was the scariest thing I thought I would ever do. But turns out, it was the greatest thing I would ever do. That day kicked off the beginning of my life and, hopefully, a long career ahead of me. I have had the pleasure of meeting, and performing with so many talented musicians. I have opened for artists that I looked up to as a kid, and admire even more today. I’ve made friends. I’ve written with songwriters that I used to dream about writing with. I’ve gone to cities and states I never thought I’d get to see. I have been to “Music City” so many times that it feels like a second home to me. I am working with the best team of people. I am writing material that means so much to me and makes me proud to stand behind. I have had many late nights and many early mornings. I have a wonderful family that supports me in every possible way. I have a band who lets me go crazy on stage and manages to reel me back into reality as they break into a ridiculous jam session. The musicians I’ve met over the past four years have inspired me to work harder. Every artist I have opened for has taught me something different. I will never forget opening up for Cory Morrow on September 10, 2011. And I will never forget every single person in this industry that has shown me what it truly means to be a performing artist. I cannot imagine another life I would want to live.
So, thank you for being with me every step of the way. Thank you to everyone that has given me the opportunity to share my music with the world and perform in some amazing venues. Thank you to the people that I create music with. Thank you to my parents who don’t expect a thank you.
I do not know where I would be without all of you. I am so proud of everything and everyone around me. This is where I belong and I am excited to see what is coming next.
Last night I attended the Music Association of Central Texas annual awards ceremony. I was nominated for three awards. Solo/Duo, Female Vocalist of the Year, and Entertainer of the Year. I walked away with entertainer and I am blown away!
I hope you know that I could not have made it this far without YOUR love and support! Thank you for believing in me and following me on this beautiful journey. I am having the time of my life!
So thank YOU. Thank YOU for voting. Thank YOU for being YOU and loving music as much as I do.
I cannot wait for what is yet to come!
Here’s to the unknown!
Wow. It has been crazy the past few months! We have been traveling non-stop and playing in venues that have always been a distant dream until now. Since the beginning of the year, we have played places such as The Blue Light Live, Nutty Brown Cafe, and Larry Joe Taylor Music Festival. Coming up we will be playing Lone Star Bar in Midland, Cheatham Street in San Marcos, and many other great venues that we are looking forward to playing.
I would like to take a minute and thank everyone that follows us and comes out to shows to experience what we love so much. I have been having so much fun with the group of musicians I am currently working with. I am so lucky to be surrounded by so much talent and love for music.
About a month ago I took another trip to Nashville for co-writes. I was able to work with some well known writers and together, we wrote a few songs that I am currently obsessed with! I cannot wait for you to hear them!
I hope all of you are having great days and I hope to see you at a show soon!
Keep up with our crazy schedule www.JennaMcDaniel.com/Events

You guys are amazing. We were able to raise $500 for Ronald McDonald House Charities, by selling the guitar below. Katie Dragoo from Temple, TX had the winning bid, and has already given a check to her local Ronald McDonald House.
